Petrolhead Kevin Magnussen is a professional racing driving, who competes in Formula 1 for the Haas F1 Team. He has also raced IndyCar for Arrow McLaren AP.

Born and raised in Denmark, to former F1 racing driver and 4x Les Mans winner Jan Magnussen, the young Magnussen began his racing career in go-karts. He moved up through the various racing classes, starting in 2008 when he took the Formula Ford world by storm in his native Denmark with 11 victories from 15 races and winning the championship.

By 2013 Magnussen had won the Formula Renault 3.5 Series, and then he came up through McClaren’s Formula 1 Young Driver Programme driving for the team at the 2014 F1 World Championship, making his F1 debut at the 2014 Australian Grand Prix. He joined Renault in 2016, and then a year later he signed a contract with Haas and remained with them until the end of the 2020 season. He rejoined Haas in 2022 on a multi-year deal. Since 2021 he has also been competing in IndyCar.
