Echo Kellum is a successful American actor currently best known for playing Curtis Holt/Mr Terrific in over 70 episodes of The CW’s superhero series, Arrow. However, has also appeared in many other shows during his first decade as a professional actor, including sitcoms such as Ben and Kate and Sean Saves the World. In 2022, he landed the leading role in NBC sitcom Grand Crew, and FX drama thriller series Old Man. Both were quickly renewed for a second season. He is massively popular on social media and has over 267,000 followers on Instagram.

Kellum was born in Chicago in August 1982. He made his acting debut in 1999, but it wasn’t until 2012 that he got his break when he won a part in the main cast of Ben and Kate, a sitcom that was well received but only ran for a few episodes. A similar fate awaited his next recurring role in Sean Saves the World. However, his luck changed in 2015 when he joined the cast of Arrow, going on to appear in three of its final four season. The show was a worldwide hit and helped to make Kellum’s name. He also provided voices for hit animated shows such as Rick and Morty, American Dad!, and the Disney Channel’s Elena of Avalor.

Since Arrow finished in 2020, Kellum’s stock has continued to rise. His first starring sitcom role in Grand Crew has been a success and led to a second series, and his acting in the much darker Old Man shows his diversity. He will also be appearing in Noel Priztker’s upcoming movie, Men of Divorce.
