Maya Vander is best known for being one of the incredibly glamorous real estate sellers on Selling Sunset, the show which took Netflix fans by storm in 2019 and 2020. Selling Sunset follows the sellers, including Vander, as they navigate the difficulties of selling prestigious, and extremely spacious, homes to multi-millionaires, and Vander was known throughout the season as the voice of reason, who could get feisty when needed.
Vander grew up in Israel and moved to LA in 2002, and works for both The Oppenheim Group in LA, the group which Selling Sunset follows, as well as the Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miami. Vander is a confident and charming seller who is often successful with clients for her calm demeanor, which provides a stable influence against the colour and trappings of LA life.
Vander has also recently started up her own Real Estate group – The Maya Vander Group – which has been seeing an increase in sales such as a 5600 sqft in South Florida. The star is also known for being mother to two beautiful children, and having a loving husband who supports her entrepreneurial skill; Vander is equally interested in sharing her knowledge of real estate, family life and luxurious LA lifestyle with her fans, who on Instagram number over 803 thousand. Selling Sunset reached a huge audience, with the last episode of Season 3 reaching over 30 million people, and there is no doubt that the fun influence of Vander, who always has a quiet quip at the ready, is part of the reason for the show’s popularity.
