Alannah Ubach is an Amercian actress who is best known for her roles in the hit films Coco, Legally Blonde and Meet the Fockers. Ubach has also made a name for herself as a voice actress, lending her voice to several characters in a number of animated television shows and films. She voiced Liz Allan on The Spectactular Spider-Man, Lola Boa on Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, four characters in the Oscar-winning animation Rango and more.
Born in California, Ubach is part Mexican and part Puerto Rican descent. She rose to recognition in 1993 when she received a positive review from The New York Times for her role in Kindertransport at the Manhattan Theatre Club. It was during this time that she also landed a role in the television series, Beakerman’s World, as Josie the assistant. From there, she went on to appear in many films and shows, namely Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit, Legally Blonde and many more.
Ubach is set to return to the screen in the 2022 Legally Blonde 3.
Ubach has acted alongside numerous renowned actors and actresses, such as Reese Witherspoon, Ryan Reynolds and Anna Faris. She has also graced the stage and has made her name known in theatre, starring in a one-woman show, ‘Patriotic Bitch’ in 2008, which was performed at the Clurman Theatre in which she was hailed as “seriously talented” by The New York Times. Ubach is married to multi-Grammy award winning record producer, Thom Russo.
