Geese is an innovative American rock band hailing from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 2016 by talented musicians Dominic DiGesu, Cameron Winter, Max Bassin, and Emily Green. The band began their journey while attending high school, where they honed their craft by practicing and recording in Bassin’s basement. Their dedication paid off when their self-produced demos garnered attention from prominent record labels, leading to a signing with Partisan Records in 2020, marking a significant milestone in their professional journey.
In 2021, Geese released their debut album, “Projector,” which was met with critical acclaim, achieving a Metacritic score of 83 out of 100. The album showcased their unique sound and featured three successful singles: “Disco,” “Low Era,” and “Projector.” This debut not only established them as a formidable presence in the indie rock scene but also set the stage for their evolving musical identity.
The band’s sophomore album, “3D Country,” released on June 23, 2023, further solidified their reputation, featuring four singles that highlighted their artistic growth.
