Kosheen is a name that will resonate with fans of live electronic music worldwide. After breaking into the mainstream with their breathtaking debut single ‘Hide U’ at the turn of the millennium, the group built on this success with follow-up singles ‘Catch’, ‘All In My Head’ and the platinum-selling debut album ‘Resist’.

Prompting a much-hyped Glastonbury set in 2002 and immediately turning the heads of critics and fans worldwide, ‘Resist’ set the stage for what would be a meteoric rise over the coming decade: with effortlessly charismatic Sian Evans at the helm, Kosheen hit the Top 10 album chart twice, topping both UK and European singles charts and pioneering a sound that fused breakbeat and DnB with conventional songcraft, tapping into a range of audiences with music that drew influence from the sounds and rhythms of electronic music, the vocal-led passion of pop and the crushing intensity of rock and metal.

After almost two decades and five studio albums, Kosheen amicably disbanded at the peak of their career to pursue alternative avenues of creativity. Frontwoman Sian Evans soon made a reputation as a gifted songwriter and sought-after featured vocalist, working with everyone from DJ Fresh and Stanton Warriors to Chicane and Headhunterz while developing a fresh solo album and live show. 2019 has seen Sian inject this newfound energy and passion into a reformed Kosheen line-up, which now features original drummer Mitchell Glover playing alongside two new members performing blistering sets that remain as emotive and powerful as ever before.
