Dean Jenkinson is an award winning comedy writer and comedian from Winnipeg in Canada who currently writes for CBC’s This Hour Has 22 Minutes. He is renowned for writing the sketch “Sponsor An Executive”, which, although being geo-fenced in Canada, it has been watched on YouTube over 1.3 million times.

Jenkinson has also written for numerous Just for Laughs specials, creating material for a range of acts which include Joan Rivers, Sarah Silverman, The Muppets, Neil Patrick Harris, as well as cast members from The Big Bang Theory. When he’s not gracing audiences on stage in a comedy club or writing comedy, he entertains at a range of community and corporate events across Canada.

Jenkinson has garnered much praise for his work and is often very well received by audiences.
