Leading mindfulness expert Jacqueline Carter engages with leaders and organisations, helping them with their strategies and placing people at the centre.
Prior to starting her career, Carter gained a B.Sc in labour-management Relations and Mathematics, as well as an M.Sc in Organisational Behaviour, during which time she conducted extensive research into creativity and innovation, along with workplace diversity. Since then Carter has gone on to enjoy two decades collaborating with leading organisations around the world, enabling them to improve not only their performance but also their creativity and resilience. As a change management expert, Carter has been a renowned leader as part of Deloitte’s Change Practice, supporting their large scale change initiatives. She is now the International Partner and US Director for the leadership training and research company Potential Project, having worked with well-known brands including Marriott, Accenture and Bank of America, amongst others.
A sought-after keynote speaker, Carter speaks to audiences on her three core values, mindfulness, selflessness and compassion. She inspires leaders, teams and companies around the world with her practical techniques, enabling them to strengthen teams and improve bottom lines. Also a published author, Carter writes for a collection of prestigious publications, including Business Insider, Mindful Magazine and The Harvard Business Review. She has also co-authored alongside Rasmus Hougaard her books The Mind of the Leader and One Second Ahead.
