A former figure skating choreographer, Cottam has choreographed routines for the Olympic Closing Ceremony in 1988 and Disney on Ice. Now a leading executive coach, Cottam has since travelled the world to countries including Kenya, Mongolia and Morocco on a journey to discover ‘The Nomadic Mindset’ known as the nomad’s ancient art leadership wisdom. Coaching the teams of multi-national enterprises in boardrooms and at conferences, Cottam is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Executive Coach, sharing his unique behavioural/personality framework, known as his NBS Mindsets Assessment. Taking clients on a transformative journey, Covering areas including leadership, resilience and change, Cottam has worked with leading brands including Thales, UBS and Nestle. He has also spent 13 years working with the European Union.
