Best known for her work in the independent wrestling scene in the United States and beyond, most notably as a member of The Kimber Bombs alongside Cherry Bomb, Kimberly Ann Frankele is an American professional wrestler who performs under the monkier Kimber Lee. She has previously held the WSU Tag Team Championship with Annie Social, as well as the Chikara Grand Championship as Princess KimberLee. She also wrestled for WWE as Abbey Laith from 2016 to 2018, where she challenged for the NXT Women’s Championship.
Frankele began training at the Combat Zone Wrestling Academy after relocating to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to attend college. She was the school’s first female graduate, and she debuted as a wrestler in 2011 under the ring name Kimber Lee. In October, she defeated Austin Uzzie in an intergender match in her maiden bout for Combat Zone Wrestling. She overcame Nevaeh in February 2012 before falling to Alex Colon. Frankele continued to fight in CZW in 2013 and 2014, competing in both women’s and intergender matches. In women’s singles and tag team matches, she battled wrestlers like as Neveah, Christina Von Eerie, Candice LeRae, Alexxis Nevaeh, and Jessicka Havok.
Frankele made her Impact Wrestling debut in a May 2020 episode of Impact! when she challenged Havok during Madison Rayne’s “Locker Room Talk” segment. She established herself as a heel the next week when she defeated Havok in her debut match by knocking her out with brass knuckles. Frankele competed in a Gauntlet for the Gold match at Slammiversary to decide the number one contender for the Knockouts Championship, which Kylie Rae won.
