Sophisticated and stylish, British actor Tom Brittney is a celebrated thespian. Already starring alongside Hollywood legends and becoming a well-loved household name, Brittney has had a meteoric rise to stardom. Perhaps most recognised for his fan-favourite role of Lieutenant Jeremy Foster in the epic historical drama “Outlander,” Brittney has earned his acting stripes. Son of the acclaimed playwright Lynn Brittney, he nurtured his love of the arts from a young age. A graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, Brittney excelled and soon landed his first professional gig. His chameleon-like ability to transform between comedy, thriller and mystery roles have made him the sought-out actor he is today.
Throughout Brittney’s career, his performances have been met with high praise. His portrayal of Billy in the coming to fame story “Make Me Famous” earned Brittney a TV Times Award for Favourite Actor. Gaining notoriety, Brittney has also been cast as the iconic Will Davenport in “Grantchester.” Taking the reigns, Brittney is bringing new life to the timeless character. Now breaking into the Hollywood stage, Brittney will debut alongside Tom Hanks in the WWII epic “Greyhound.” Based on the C.S. Foster novel “The Good Shepherd,” Brittney can be seen playing Lieutenant Watson. As Brittney’s star continues to soar, he is set for a long and exciting career on our screens.
