The Canadian-Israeli Politician and lawyer Vivian Bercovici is the former Ambassador of Canada to Israel, a role she served from 2014-16.

In her key position as Canada’s Ambassador to Israel, Bercovici has since become known as a leading commentator on the business environment and foreign policy relationships of Israeli politics. During her time as Ambassador Bercovici supported business communities understand the importance of Israel’s development as a leader in technology and how to go about accessing local talent. She also worked tirelessly to develop fundamental ties between Israeli and US business leaders and politicians. Prior to her role as a Canadian Ambassador, Bercovici has over 25 experience in law having worked at a leading legal practice located in Toronto, where she advised key organisations including financial companies and well-known media outlets. Bercovici is also a former professor of law at the University of Toronto.

Now living in Tel Aviv, Bercovici is a consultant, actively collaborating with organisations based in North America seeking technology and cyber solutions based in Israel.
