New Release: Solicit Soul MIA 2: Miami Sampler 2025
Capej is keeping busy this May, balancing label duties with travel and new creative output. The latest release from his imprint Solicit Soul, MIA 2: Miami Sampler 2025, dropped May 15 and sets the stage for his upcoming trip to Paris. Known for his deep roots in the underground scene, Capej is navigating fresh territory with new music, DJ sets, and a forthcoming collaboration with MN2S.
This 12-track VA showcases a roster of rising and seasoned talent across minimal and tech house — including Paul Quzz, KIRIK, Ryan Healy, Vincent Giumelli, and Capej himself. It reflects Solicit Soul’s commitment to hypnotic, groove-driven sounds with roots in both Europe and the U.S.
Paris Showcase at Wax Club, May 23
As part of the project’s rollout, Robert Plankett will debut several tracks live at Wax Club in Paris on Friday, May 23. Though it’s his first time spinning these tracks, Plankett is a familiar name in the Paris scene. Capej will be in town as well, connecting with artists and soaking up the atmosphere. “Super excited to have our ‘A Night in Rex Club’ finally released on Solicit Soul,” says Plankett. “This is the Parisian/French Minimal sound and I’m looking forward to spinning a lot of tracks like this at Wax Club on Friday, 23rd May.”

About Capej and Solicit Soul
Following a successful run of vinyl releases, Capej launched two new labels in 2024 and 2025 that expand his sonic footprint. He connected early on with Trance: Terry who was working with MN2S and producing in Madrid. A few gigs in Glasgow and ongoing networking helped open doors.
In late 2024, Capej founded Solicit Soul, a platform for minimal and trance-influenced artists across Europe and the U.S. Its latest release, MIA 2: Miami Sampler 2025, exemplifies the label’s sleek, stripped-back direction.
In 2025, he introduced Tech Wrecks, a harder-hitting label focused on drum-house and tech between 128–148 BPM. With a debut release from Capej himself coming soon, it’s a bold new avenue for faster, peak-time energy and is part of an evolving collaboration with MN2S.
Capej’s partnership with MN2S includes a trio of new singles expected over the coming months. These new tracks push further into tech house, while still nodding to his minimal roots offering something fresh for different dance floors. Upcoming tracks include:
- U Know What?
- HRFC (House Records From Chicago)
